On March 31, 2025, a regular meeting of the Dispute Resolution Council within the National Agency for Food Safety (ANSA) was held. The agenda of the meeting was primarily centered around reviewing a series of preliminary requests submitted by a company, regarding the contestation of administrative acts – related to the refusal decisions for the issuance of a veterinary sanitary authorization, but also the annulment of the control results conducted under ANSA’s authority as the regulatory body.
The ongoing collaboration between the private sector and public authorities remains essential in fostering a transparent, fair, and predictable business environment. Such partnerships ensure that businesses can operate with clarity and confidence, knowing that regulatory processes are applied consistently and justly.
