On June 17, 2025, the State Labour Inspectorate (ISM) held a regular session of its Dispute Resolution Council to review a preliminary appeal submitted by a private company.
The appeal contested the findings of a recent inspection carried out by the ISM in its capacity as the national authority for labor regulation.
These meetings play a crucial role in safeguarding transparency, fairness, and legal consistency in the enforcement of labor standards. The active participation of the business community in such processes helps strengthen institutional trust and fosters a more predictable and balanced regulatory climate.
