The Dispute Resolution Council of the State Inspectorate for the Supervision of Non-Food Products and Consumer Protection (ISSPNPC) held a meeting to review a preliminary request submitted by an economic operator engaged in the import and distribution of distilled alcoholic beverages.
The request concerned the operator’s disagreement with the grounds for an unannounced inspection and the findings documented in the inspection report issued following the inspection conducted by ISSPNPC representatives.
During the meeting, Council members examined the documentation submitted by the economic operator, together with the position presented by the Inspectorate’s inspection team. Discussions focused on the relevant technical and legal aspects of the case, with a view to clarifying the issues raised and identifying a fair resolution in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
