On the 5th of February 2025, the Association of Foreign Investors in Moldova (FIA) participated in the regular meeting of the Dispute Resolution Council within the National Agency for Food Safety (ANSA).
The agenda of the meeting focused on reviewing one preliminary request submitted by a company, which sought the cancellation of ANSA’s control delegation. Additionally, the company requested the declaration of the nullity of the results of the control that had been carried out under ANSA’s authority.
In this context, the council members examined the topic from two areas of expertise: veterinary health and animal husbandry, alongside food safety and quality.
The collaboration between the private sector and public authorities is vital for fostering a transparent, fair, and predictable business environment.
