A dialogue session titled “Building a Modern Stock Exchange Aligned with European Standards in the Republic of Moldova” was organized by the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization, in collaboration with the National Commission for Financial Markets.
The event aimed to present the Government of the Republic of Moldova’s intention to revitalize the capital market by establishing the Chișinău Stock Exchange (CSE), as well as to inform key stakeholders on the domestic market about the steps and stages involved in developing a functional stock exchange. A central topic of discussion was the attraction of potential investors (co-shareholders) to contribute to the capitalization of the new stock exchange institution and the strengthening of capital market infrastructure.
FIA Moldova was represented by Inga Pascal, Project Manager, accompanied by representatives of member companies, who support the development of a modern, transparent, and sustainable capital market in the Republic of Moldova.
