The Council for Dispute Resolution within the National Agency for Public Health (NAPH) convened to examine a petition submitted by an economic operator active in the production of disinfectant wet wipes, concerning allegedly unfounded and restrictive inspections carried out by the Agency.
During the meeting, Council members heard the arguments presented by the company’s representatives, reviewed the supporting documentation, and examined the position of the inspection team.
The discussions addressed both the technical and legal dimensions of the case, with the objective of clarifying the issues raised and ensuring a fair, balanced, and transparent resolution in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
