The public information and consultation session dedicated to the draft law on amending the Competition Law No. 183/2012 was held today in a hybrid format, under the auspices of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova, in partnership with the Competition Council. 🤝
The event brought together business representatives, experts, and development partners interested in the key proposed legislative amendments and their impact on the business environment.
During the session, the amendments included in the draft law were presented, while observations and proposals formulated throughout the public consultation process were also discussed.
FIA Moldova was represented by Inga Pascal – Project Manager, together with representatives of member companies.
