The repeated consultation meeting on the draft Law on the posting of workers in the framework of service provision was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Moldova, bringing together representatives of public authorities, the business community, and other stakeholders.
During the discussions, the aforementioned draft law was re-examined, with a focus on the proposed provisions, their legal implications, and their potential impact on employers and employees. Participants had the opportunity to submit additional comments and proposals aimed at improving the regulatory framework, ensuring clarity, enforceability, and alignment with relevant European best practices.
