On July 21, FIA executive director, Mrs. Ana Groza, along with colleagues from other business associations, participated to the online meeting of the Working Group “Facilitating Cross-Border Trade” within the Economic Council to the Prime Minister (Consiliul Economic pe lângă Prim-ministrul RM).
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss and identify issues related to the implementation of DCFTA in the Republic of Moldova and to identify DCFTA as a tool to recover business from the effects of COVID-19 in Moldova, Georgia and Ukraine.
Mrs. Groza, along with subject raised by the participants, approached the following topics:
✅ Promoting ICT tools in the field of healthcare, including the adoption of an E-health strategy to address the regulation of telemedicine services, integrated information systems for all healthcare providers, electronic patient registration system (EPR).
✅ Improving the governance and management of health funds and the allocation of funding by developing and collecting indicators of performance and quality of health care providers. Systematization and online access to data on indicators at national level based on a single information system.
✅ Approval of transparent and clear rules for healthcare procurement processes.
✅ Export of the composite products (ice cream), etc.
