The business community of the Republic of Moldova, associated within the National Association of ICT Companies, the American Chamber of Commerce of Moldova, the Association of Foreign Investors, the European Business Association, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the National Confederation of Employers, calls for urgent adoption of the “digitization package”.
The draft law was drafted in the context of the Roadmap for Boosting the Digitization Process of the National Economy and Development of Electronic Commerce developed by the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure, and consulted extensively with the business community through the Economic Council under the Prime Minister , in the editorial office agreed during the last round of consultations.
