Foreign Investors Association (FIA) is a non-profit and apolitical association from the Republic of Moldova, founded in September 2003 by the largest companies with foreign capital in the country, covering the whole range of industries — agriculture, automotive and petroleum industry, telecommunications and IT, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, winemaking, distribution, insurance, banking, consultancy and audit.
Last week, FIA Moldova had the honor to take part in a landmark event for civil society in the Republic of Moldova – the 2025 Civil Society Gala, held under the auspices of 🇪🇺 the Delegation of the European Union.
The event brought together representatives of NGOs, public authorities, and development partners to celebrate 🎉 the outstanding achievements of civil society organizations supported by the European Union.
Six organizations were awarded for their professional excellence and their essential impact in:
🔹 developing local communities.
🔹 promoting energy efficiency.
🔹 including vulnerable groups.
🔹 combating disinformation.
The shared commitment of citizens remains the foundation of a more democratic, resilient, and sustainable Moldova.
