On the 9th of October, 2024, the Association of Foreign Investors in Moldova (FIA), represented by Mrs. Ana Groza – Executive Director, participated in the event “Business Dialogue regarding the New Fiscal – Customs Policy for 2025”, organized by the Ministry of Finance in partnership with the Mission of EU High Level Advisers in the Republic Moldova.
The purpose of the event was to explore, in an open dialogue format between the public authorities and the business environment, the main legislative changes that will affect the fiscal and customs policy starting from January 1, 2025, at the same time offering the participants the opportunity to exchange views on potential challenges.
The event also reiterated the crucial role of cooperation between all actors involved in the drafting and consultation process of this important policy document, which contributed both to increased transparency and to the formulation of more effective tax policies, adapted to the current economic realities.
