Regular informal meetings to ensure open communication with authorities and identify priorities for joint collaboration.
On 3 October, FIA members met with Ms Ala Nemerenco, Minister of Health, in an informal setting.
Representing one of the Ministries directly involved in the management of the multiple crises of the last period, FIA members addressed a series of questions, but also proposals to overcome their negative consequences on business.
Some of the addressed topics:
✅️ The activity of the Board of Directors from the National Company of Health Insurance;
✅️ Digitization in healthcare: EHR, e-Prescription and Telemedicine regulation;
✅️ Strategic procurement of healthcare services and the need for reform of healthcare institutions, including hospitals;
✅️ Pricing of medicines for local manufacturers, according to Government Decision 525/2010;
✅️ The possibility of establishing collaborations and partnerships, for strictly necessary medicines, in order to ensure the pharmaceutical security of the country;
✅️ Voluntary health insurance. The possibility of raising the ceiling for their deductibility to at least 100% of the compulsory health insurance policy.
