The Foreign Investors Association of Moldova (FIA), represented by its President, Alphan Akpece, together with representatives of its member companies, participated in the Agrifood Partnership Investment Forum 2026, organized under the auspices of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry of the Republic of Moldova. 🤝
The forum serves as an important platform for dialogue and cooperation, aimed at promoting and stimulating investment in the agri-food sector – one of the key sectors of the national economy. 📈🌱 The event brought together government officials, ministers from EU member states 🇪🇺, representatives of international financial institutions, business leaders, investors, and development partners interested in strengthening and modernizing agriculture in the Republic of Moldova.
FIA Moldova supports the development of a predictable and competitive investment environment that encourages long-term investment in agriculture and the food industry. These priorities are also reflected in the recommendations outlined in the agriculture chapter of the FIA White Book 2025, which highlights the need to continue reforms, strengthen public-private dialogue 🤝, and accelerate the modernization of the agri-food sector, including its integration into European value chains. 🇪🇺
