In the recent session of the Advisory Council, the Ministry of Justice held discussions on the draft Law on Mediation and the Status of the Mediator.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the judiciary, the Mediation Council, lawyers, and the business community. Participants proposed adjustments to the legal framework and highlighted potential issues that could lead to delays or additional costs for the business sector.
