On 16 March, CEFTA Secretariat presented online the key results of the studies on removal of unjustified geo-blocking.
The first study was conducted by e-commerce association from North Macedonia and Serbia and explores whether geo-blocking practices exist within CEFTA.
The second study was conducted by lawyers of the LIBRe Foundation and looks into EU rules and practices and its potential to minimize negative impact of geo-blocking in CEFTA.
The event was organized in partnership with the GIZ and WB6 Chamber Investment Forum. FIA Moldova was represented by the Executive Director, Ms. Ana Groza.
