On December 21, 2017, in the context of the entry into force of the amendments to the Law no. 180/2008 on labor migration and Law no. 200/2010 on the regime of foreigners in the Republic of Moldova, referring to the issuance procedures of work and residence permits for work purposes, it was held a meeting of the Working Group “Stimulating and Maintaining Private Investments” of the Economic Council to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova to discuss with the responsible institutions the modified procedures and their implementation in practice.
As a result, it was held an interactive meeting during which were discussed concrete cases encountered in practice, encountered problems and proposals for improvement.
