The Foreign Investors Association of Moldova (FIA) participated today in the second day of the AI & Big Data Conference, organized under the auspices of the Association of Private ICT Companies.
While the first day focused on developing national AI capabilities, governance, and strategic priorities, the second day of the conference brought practical solutions and the steps needed to implement them to the forefront.
The Masterclass dedicated to the business sector addressed key topics related to the adoption of artificial intelligence:
š¹ compliance with the requirements of the EU AI Act;
š¹ leveraging AI to improve customer experience;
š¹ automating operational processes and enhancing business efficiency.
Ā There is one shared objective: to turn the opportunities offered by artificial intelligence into concrete, actionable projects by developing skills, strengthening cross-sector collaboration, and identifying solutions tailored to the actual needs of institutions and businesses.
