Public consultations on the List of Prohibited and Restricted Chemical Substances and Mixtures

Public consultations on the draft Government Decision approving the List of Prohibited and Restricted Chemical Substances and Mixtures were held this week under the auspices of the Ministry of Environment 🌿.

The initiative aims to protect the environment and public health by ensuring the safe use of chemical substances and mixtures.

Their restriction serves as an important risk prevention tool — either by limiting or banning the production, placing on the market, and use of certain substances, or by establishing strict conditions such as technical measures or labeling requirements.
