The technical meeting for the discussion and validation of the latest version of the draft law aligning national legislation with the provisions of ILO Convention No. 190 was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.
During the meeting, representatives of the business community in the Republic of Moldova had the opportunity to review the most recent version of the draft legal act and to share their views prior to its submission into the interinstitutional approval process.
FIA Moldova was represented by Inga Pascal, Project Manager, who presented the association community’s position regarding the provisions of the draft, emphasizing the importance of a balanced and practically applicable approach for the business environment.
