Meeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the regulation of entrepreneurial activity took place on 9 April.
According to the Agenda📜, the following topics were examined:
1. Examination of the regulatory impact analysis of the draft Government Decision regarding the approval of the Rules regarding navigation, entering and exiting the port, berthing, departure of ships to/from berths, maneuvering in the port and navigation on the Danube River.
2. Examination of the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Regulation on the organization of seafarer’s working time.
3. Examination of the regulatory impact analysis of the draft Government Decision for the approval of the Regulation on the testing and admission of varieties in the Catalog of plant varieties.
4. Examination of the regulatory impact analysis of the draft Government Decision regarding the amendment of Government Decision no. 610/2023 regarding the approval of the Quality Requirements for fish and fish products.
5. Examining the draft decision of the ANRE Board of Directors regarding the approval of the Regulation on the confirmation of the status of small eligible producer.
6. Examination of the analysis of the regulatory impact on the project regarding the modification of the Regulation regarding the Register of participants in the wholesale natural gas market approved by the Decision of the ANRE Board of Directors no. 26 of 31.01.23.
7. Examination of the analysis of the regulatory impact on the draft Government Decision regarding the modification of some Government decisions.
