The deregulation package No. 3 in the field of state control of entrepreneurial activity was discussed on the Economic Council to the Prime Minister’s platform, on 29 June.
The draft contains the first set of amendments under the Reform of the state control and sanction system and will be followed by other amendments, which will be elaborated and consulted later.
The document is promoted by the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitization and has been drafted with the support of the USAID/MISRA project.
FIA was represented at the meeting by Ana Groza, Executive Director.
