Women Digital Center 2025: a year full of courage, confidence, and transformation.

In this edition, 252 women embarked on a journey of personal and professional development, leaving with practical digital tools and, above all, the confidence to move forward.

From March to December 2025, under the umbrella of Orange Digital Center, the program was built around two key pillars:

  • Digital Literacy – to adapt to the demands of the modern labor market

  • Career Guidance – to pursue professional paths with clarity and confidence

Results of the 2025 edition:

  • 11 training groups in Chișinău

  • 396 hours of intensive training

  • 252 graduates demonstrating perseverance and determination

This year also marked an important step toward the future: an official partnership with UN Women, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding. A shared commitment to digital education and expanding opportunities for women and girls in the years to come.
