University for Age 3 in Cahul – Moldcell
Since its inception, the Moldcell Foundation has been at the forefront of promoting active ageing and digital inclusion of the elderly. We are committed to giving seniors the tools and knowledge they need to thrive in today’s digital world.
This year, we are taking another step forward thanks to the partnership agreement between Moldcell Foundation, Moldcell and “Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu” State University of Cahul. In partnership with UNFPA Moldova we are launching the University for Age 3 in Cahul!

UV3 is a key component of the national program for active and healthy ageing (2023-2027). It offers digitalization courses, encourages intergenerational communication and improves general well-being. The program’s impact on the South region will be significant, providing seniors with valuable opportunities to develop new skills and embrace new opportunities.
