Trainings for vocational schools – METRO Moldova
Spring has brought an explosion of Italian flavours and colours to the dishes prepared at the METRO Gastronomic Workshop.
👨‍🍳Under the guidance of chef Marian Danu, teachers from 19 vocational schools across the country had the opportunity to explore and experiment with traditional Italian recipes, armed with enthusiasm and a desire to discover new culinary techniques.
The event is part of a series of workshops of the project “Development of gastronomic culture in Moldova, through continuous training of human resources for the HoReCa sector”, organized by METRO and supported by the Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova, the Sectoral Committee of Trade Hotels and Restaurants of Moldova and the Public Association “Education for Development”.
