"Soft Skills" Course at USARB - DRÄXLMAIER

DRÄXLMAIER Group Moldova together with USARB – “Alecu Russo” State University of Balti congratulated the first graduating class on the successful completion of the jointly designed “Soft Skills” course series.
The aim of this project was to develop the soft skills of students studying at the Engineering and Management in the Automotive Industry speciality at the “Alecu Russo” State University of Balti.
The idea to implement the Automotive Academy project belongs to the DRÄXLMAIER Group Moldova team, and was born as a result of a thorough analysis of the current profiles of recent graduates with whom our company constantly comes across during interviews.
The idea was highly appreciated and supported by the management team of the “Alecu Russo” State University of Balti, and as a result, from September to December 2023, 46 students of the Engineering and Management in the Automotive Industry speciality, from the first to the fourth years of study, enrolled in the “Soft Skills” courses.
35 students have shown resilience and motivation to follow the entire Soft Skills programme. Within the programme, students have had the opportunity to learn key skills of:
– Communication
– Team management
– Change management
– Time management
– CV editing, as well as how to prepare for a successful interview
