Promotion of equal opportunities/ OTP Bank Moldova

As part of their strategy to support projects with real economic impact, the OTP Bank Moldova organized a workshop dedicated to enhancing the role of women in entrepreneurship, held in collaboration with UN Women and the OK Foundation.

The workshop marked the launch of a training and activity program designed to amplify the impact of women in the economy and support them in developing their businesses.

The event brought together OTP Bank Moldova financial experts, representatives of the OK Foundation for Financial Education, and UN Women to analyze the challenges faced by women entrepreneurs and to identify concrete solutions through which the financial ecosystem can better support them.

During the workshop, the following topics were discussed:
💰 Barriers women face in accessing financial resources
⚖️ The importance of adapting financial services to their real needs
📚 The role of financial education in business development
🤝 The need for collaboration between financial institutions, UN Women, and the OK Foundation to promote equal opportunities
