Efes Moldova continues to invest in youth development and announces the launch of two educational programs designed to facilitate the transition from school to the labor market: Project Future, an intensive 4-month internship, and Dual Education, a 50/50 learning model that combines theory and practice in a balanced way.

The Project Future program is designed as a comprehensive training pathway carried out over a period of four months, offering participants the opportunity to:

• work alongside experienced professionals,

• acquire relevant technical and transversal skills,

• participate in real projects within the company.

The program is intended for young people at the beginning of their professional journey, providing a structured and intensive experience for the rapid development of the skills needed on the labor market.

Through Dual Education, participants follow a modern training model in which 50% of the time is dedicated to theoretical learning and 50% to practical work. This balance allows for:

• an in-depth understanding of theoretical concepts,

• the immediate application of knowledge in real work environments,

• the formation of a professional profile aligned with current industry requirements.

The program is aimed at students and young people who want an integrated educational path focused on concrete results.
