“Me & My Grandparents” Project / Medpark Foundation

Fundația Medpark has announced the results of the “Me & My Grandparents” project: 50 grandparents benefited from free cardiovascular check-ups.

In the summer of 2025, Medpark Foundation participated as a partner in the “Me & My Grandparents” competition, organized by the Biroul pentru Integrare Europeană—an initiative dedicated to strengthening the bond between generations.

Key project results:
50 grandparents from various regions of the Republic of Moldova received free cardiovascular screenings.

Each participant benefited from a comprehensive cardiovascular medical evaluation, which included:

  • a cardiology consultation;

  • laboratory tests: complete blood count, lipid profile, ALT, AST, glucose, creatinine, triglycerides, and TSH;

  • cardiac function investigations: electrocardiogram (ECG) and echocardiography;

  • additional investigations, upon the doctor’s recommendation: exercise stress test (treadmill) and/or Holter monitoring.

Through this initiative, Medpark Foundation supports access to preventive cardiovascular services and has contributed to promoting a responsible approach to health.
