Greenhouse for Elderly People Asylum from Calfa village – FIA
The Foreign Investors Association is implementing on a yearly basis CSR projects, because FIA’s credo’s are #InvestingInMoldovasFuture and #TogetherForMoldovasPeople.
Thus, according to the Board’s Decision, it was resolved to build a greenhouse at the Elderly People Asylum from Calfa village, Anenii Noi district, where the residents will grow their own vegetables.
The implementation of this project has also been possible due to Ms Steluta Andrei, founder of Fabrica de Fericire and Ms Ludmila Ceaglic, Mayour of Calfa village.
It is important to emphasize that both FIA and FIA members are implementing the Social Development Goals of UN, in particular under this project: SDG 10 – Reduced Inequalities, SDG 11 – Sustainable Cities and communities and SDG 13 – Climate Action.
Special appreciation to Mr Veaceslav Palade, Development Coordination Officer/ Partnership and Development Finance at UN Moldova (ONU Moldova) for his presence at the inauguration of the greenhouse.
