Gastronomic laboratory – Metro
Several Moldovan technical education teachers who train cooks learned new cooking technologies from Asian cuisine during the culinary masterclass, which took place on 27 September in the gastronomic laboratory of the ASEM College of Commerce.
Evgeniy Ziper, former chef at many restaurants in Ukraine, currently chef at “Mangal”, “Blue River” and “Cinar” restaurants, was invited to act as a culinary master and the teachers are going to share the chef’s secrets with the young people who are preparing to become chefs.
The workshop was supported by METRO – a reliable partner in training HoReCa specialists and promoting gastronomic culture.
