📌Financial Management for SMEs with OK Foundation, EFES and OTP Bank
More than 100 entrepreneurs from the central and northern regions of the country participated in a training program “Financial Management for SMEs”, held on 12-15 September 2023 in Balti and Chisinau. The program was developed by the Foundation for Financial Education “OK” in partnership with the Entrepreneurship Academy of the European Fund for South East Europe (EFSE) within the framework of the EU4Business Moldova initiative, with experts from OTP Bank.
The financial management program dedicated to SMEs, based on real examples and experiences, delivered by experts in the field, supports small and medium-sized businesses by giving entrepreneurs the opportunity to improve their management skills and knowledge, adding value to the growth of their companies and contributing to the creation of a competitive, stable and sustainable business environment.
The two days of training covered a wide range of topics such as financial analysis of the company, risk mitigation, business development and promotion by defining an effective classic and digital marketing strategy, financing opportunities from local and international funds, etc.
