“Development of gastronomic culture in Moldova” – METRO
METRO has organised a new masterclass, with the theme “Spring in colours and flavours”.
This is a traditional event at METRO and aims to support the HoReCa sector, but also to offer a unique experience to technical education teachers in the country.
Chef, Marian Danu, together with the participants, cooked an exceptional menu, including:

In the framework of the project “Development of gastronomic culture in Moldova through continuous training of human resources for the HoReCa sector”, masterclasses with renowned chef-chefs are held, which have been specially designed for teachers who train future chefs – teachers from vocational educational institutions with a technical profile and programs in the field of catering and gastronomy.
