Development of gastronomic culture in Moldova – METRO
Just before the holidays, the ASEM College of Commerce’s Gastronomy Lab was the scene of a memorable culinary story, where teachers from technical schools explored and shared the secrets of Christmas cooking. Under the guidance of chef Marcel Cristenco, participants journeyed through festive culinary traditions, bringing Italian influences and his experience in Rome to the fore.
The event is part of a series of workshops of the project “Development of gastronomic culture in Moldova through continuous training of human resources for the HoReCa sector”, organized by METRO and supported by the Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova and the Sectoral Committee of Hotels and Restaurants Trade of Moldova and the Public Association “Education for Development”.
