“Development of gastronomic culture in Moldova” – METRO
In the framework of the project “Development of gastronomic culture in Moldova through continuous training of human resources for the HoReCa sector”, masterclasses with renowned chefs are held, which have been specially designed for teachers who train future chefs – teachers from vocational education institutions with a technical profile and programs in the field of catering and gastronomy.
To support the HoReCa sector, but also to offer a unique experience to the country’s technical education teachers, METRO organized a new masterclass on “New trends in international cuisine”. On 5 April, chef Alexandr Julavschi and the participants cooked 4 exceptional recipes.
