Starting from May 16, 2025, EFES Moldova launched Beer Mania: Finance for Everyone – an internal training program specially designed for the company’s team, with a focus on practice, decision-making, and strategy.

Throughout 2025, 60 employees from various departments will take part in the program, experiencing what it means to be a top manager in the beer industry – making real decisions, analyzing numbers, and thinking like entrepreneurs.

The training is led by internal experts – Atacan Ozguner, a professional with over 15 years of experience in strategic finance, and Anastasia Mihaila, Financial Leader at EFES Moldova.
