Meeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the regulation of entrepreneurial activity.
According to the Agenda📜, the following topics are examined:
1. Examining the substantiation note and the draft of the Government Decision on pleasure craft and nautical motor vehicles
2. Examining the draft Government Decision regarding the approval of the Methodology for calculating tariffs for the services provided by the Naval Agency of the Republic of Moldova, the nomenclature of the services and the amount of the tariffs for them.
3. Examining the draft Government Decision for the approval of the Regulation on the issuance of the town planning certificate, in the case of the lack of town planning documentation for villages with a population of less than 3000 legal inhabitants.
4. Examination of the substantiation note and the draft of the Government Decision regarding the approval of the Regulation on the continuity of the airworthiness of aircraft and aeronautical products, landmarks and devices and the authorization of organizations and personnel with attributions in the field
5. Examination of the draft Government Decision on the implementation of Law no. 152/2022 on the regulation and control of genetically modified organisms
6. Examination of the draft Government Decision for the approval of the regulation on cross-border movements of genetically modified organisms
7. Examination of the draft Government Decision for the approval of the Regulation on the coexistence of genetically modified crops with conventional and organic crops
8. Examination of the draft Government Decision for the approval of the Requirements regarding the quality and marketing of fodder plant seeds, fodder beet and sugar beet
9. Examination of the explanatory memorandum and the draft Government Decision regarding the uniform frequency of official controls on animals and goods entering the Republic of Moldova
10. Examination of the draft Government Decision on the amendment of Government Decision no. 43/2013 for the approval of the Regulation on the testing and admission of varieties in the Catalog of plant varieties.
11. Examination of the draft Government Decision regarding the approval of the Regulation on authorized oenological practices and restrictions applicable to the production and conservation of wine products.
12. Examination of the draft Government Decision regarding the amendment of Government Decision no. 292/2017 for the approval of the Regulation on the manner of keeping the Wine Register of
Republic of Moldova.
