On 18 June 2021, the meeting of the Tripartite Working Group discussing on the draft amendment to the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova has traditionally brought together representatives of public authorities regulating labor relations, representatives of Employers and Trade Unions.
During the meeting, the participants actively discussed the amendment of a set of provisions of the Labor Code, and increased attention was paid to the non-compete clause.
