On 11 June 2021, the meeting of the Tripartite Working Group discussing on the draft amendment to the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova has traditionally brought together representatives of public authorities regulating labor relations, representatives of Employers and Trade Unions.
Different views, but also constructive proposals regarding the Employee’s guarantees in case of termination of the Individual Employment Agreement, were discussed during the online meeting.
