The meeting of the Tripartite Working Group discussing on the draft amendment to the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova has traditionally brought together representatives of public authorities regulating labor relations, representatives of Employers and Trade Unions.
Thus, during the online meeting, a set of provisions regulating topics of interest to all members of the social partnership in the field of labor, as an instrument of social dialogue in the regulation of labor relations, were negotiated point by article.
