The Tripartite Working Group discussing on the draft amendment to the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova met on 3 December 2021.
Traditionally, the meeting was attended by representatives of public authorities regulating labor relations, representatives of Employers and Trade Unions.
During the meeting, following topics were discussed:
- application of disciplinary sanctions,
- serious breach of labor obligations,
- guarantees for pregnant women and employees who take care about children up to 4 years, and for employees up to 18 years.
