A new meeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurship was held online on 1 February 2022.
According to the Agenda, following subjects were discussed:
Analysis of the regulatory impact of the draft law amending certain normative acts (Law no.721 / 1996 regarding the quality in constructions; Law no.163 / 2010 regarding the authorization of the execution of construction works; Law no.160 / 2011 regarding the regulation by authorization of the entrepreneurial activity; etc.).
