The brought together all the stakeholders interested in the subject of state controls and prior settlement procedures within each control body, on 4th of July.
Thus, according to the Agenda, several topics were discussed, including:
✅ Recommendations to amend the regulatory framework in order to improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and administration processes, in accordance with the Methodology approved by the Government Decision No 355/2020. Presentation of the Action Plan on the reform of the state control and sanctioning system in relation to economic agents and their activity.
✅ Equipping the control bodies with the necessary equipment and tools for carrying out digital controls, and identifying the training needs of the control bodies’ staff.
✅ The activity of the Appeals Commission of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education and Research, regarding the results of the external quality assessment for provisional operating authorization and accreditation of study programs.
At the same time, the need to ensure parity in the number of members in the Dispute Resolution Boards on behalf of representatives of business and public authorities was discussed, as well as the need to increase the institutional capacity and competences of inspectors involved in controls.
