The dialogue between the business community with the State Fiscal Service and the Center of Information Technologies in Finance continues on the subject of implementing the SIA e-Factura, which becomes mandatory starting January 1, 2021. A useful interaction exercise, which takes place regularly and allows to submit proposals on behalf of private sector, as well as to present the challenges encountered in this process.
The communication between the business community and authorities is facilitated by Foreign Investors Association, American Chamber of Commerce and the European Business Association, which come to the aid of its members in the process of implementing the System.
