💻 Presentation of the Register of MPower by the Electronic Government Agency.
In the context of the pandemic crisis, it has been proven that digitalisation is NO longer a priority, but an imperative.
FIA Executive Director, Ms. Ana Groza, pointed out that in the spirit of the trend of digitalization of society, especially B2B and B2G relations, public authorities have carried out a series of reforms in order to facilitate and simplify these connections, being highly appreciated and long awaited by the private sector, especially by foreign investors, being the promoters of this phenomenon and pioneers in the import and implementation of new technologies.
The eGovernment Agency plays an important role in digitizing the economy, by launching MPay, MPass, MNotify, MPower, MConnect services, but also by implementing the Roadmap recently approved by the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure, having a key role in this process.
Regarding the 📖💻 Register of powers of attorney based on the electronic signature, this system:
✅ It will be a simple way of empowering natural and legal persons to act on behalf of other natural or legal persons;
✅ It will eliminate paper documents from work processes;
✅ It will offer guaranteed compatibility with all types of qualified electronic signature;
✅ It will eliminate additional financial efforts;
✅ It will reduce the risks of signature fraud;
✅ It will be a safe, flexible and convenient mechanism for the management of representation powers by individuals and legal entities;
✅ It will ensure information security.
At the same time, investors want to further accelerate the implementation of further reforms, in particular the launch of the Entrepreneur Portal, which will reduce the number of visits by entrepreneurs to public authorities and will save financial, time and human resources.
