Today, December 5, 2024, Ana Groza, Executive Director of the Foreign Investors Association in Moldova (FIA) 👩💼, along with its members 🤝, participated in a meeting with a team of experts/public officials from the consumer protection sector from France, Croatia, Romania, and Poland 🌍.
The meeting took place on the occasion of the launch by the European Commission of the sectoral evaluation process in the field of consumer protection, through the TAIEX instrument 📊💼.
The purpose of the evaluation is to assess the compatibility of the activities of national consumer protection institutions with EU acquis 🇪🇺, in accordance with the provisions of the Association Agreement/DCFTA, Chapter 5 ⚖️, and aims to provide recommendations for strengthening the institutional framework in the field of consumer protection 💪👨⚖️.
