Meeting of the WG of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity

On the 24^th of December 2024, the Ordinary Meeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity took place.

Thus, the agenda of the meeting included 4 draft normative acts for examination, namely:

1. Substantiation Note and draft Law regarding the regulation of roaming tariffs with the member states of the European Union.
2. Substantiation Note and draft Government Decision for the amendment of Government Decision no. 987/2020 regarding the approval of the Radio Frequency Spectrum Management Program for the years 2021-2025 and the minimum exposure values of generic frequency blocks for allocation through the competitive selection procedure.
3. Substantiation Note and draft Government Decision regarding the amendment of Government Decision no. 570/2009 concerning the approval of legal acts for the implementation of the provisions of the Subsoil Code.
4. Substantiation Note and draft Law for the amendment of Law no. 166/2017 regarding meal vouchers.
