Meeting of the WG of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity

Today, 29^th of October 2024, the Ordinary Meeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity took place.

The meeting agenda included six topics to be examined, such as:

1. The draft Law for the amendment of some normative acts (amendment of the Law no. 131/2012 on state control and sectoral laws related to state control).
2. Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision regarding the Government’s Decision on the approval of the Regulation establishing the practical modalities for issuing safety certificates for railway enterprises.
3. Substantiation Note and the draft Law on the mutual recognition of products legally traded in the member states of the European Union.
4. Draft Law on the classification of cattle, pig and sheep carcasses and the reporting of market prices of carcasses and live animals.
5. Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Regulation regarding the calculation of energy consumption from renewable sources.
6. Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision for the approval of the Regulation regarding the criteria for sustainability and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions for biofuels, bioliquids and biomass fuels and the Methodology for calculating the impact of biofuels, bioliquids and biomass fuels on greenhouse gas emissions.
