The second part of Module I, within the courses “Leaders for Excellency in Healthcare”, 2021 edition, organized by the Council of Foreign Investors – FIC – Romania, in partnership with the Romanian Ministry of Health took place today.
Lecturers Kenneth Rethmeier, Katarzyna Czabanowska and Tony Smith held their presentations on “Emotional Intelligence and Leadership in Team-Based Organizations” and “Systems and Strategic Leadership” for the healthcare professionals, in order to meet their needs and challenges of crisis, given the epidemiological context.
