On January 12, 2018, on the platform of the Economic Council to the Prime Minister of the RM, were relaunched public disscutions on amending and supplementing some legislative acts, referring to the Sanctioning System Reform.
At the event participated Ministry of Justice representatives, law enforced body, civil society and business associations, economic agents, etc.
Debates participants were invited to submit in writing all the suggestions on this project by January 22, 2018, which will be included into a synthesis table, which will be subsequently made public, so as to ensure maximum transparency of the process.
